Kind of personal information AGE Media collects and how it is collected
AGE Media collects personal information from a variety of sources, including from members of the public, advertisers, prospective employees, mailing lists, recruitment agencies, contractors and business partners.

Treatment of sensitive information and personal information.
Sensitive information relates to a person's racial or ethnic origin, membership of political bodies, religions or trade unions, sexual preferences or activities, criminal record, state of health and medical history.

The way we use tax file numbers and information received from a credit reporting agency about an individual is also restricted by law. You have the right to seek access the personal information held about you and to advise AGE Media of any inaccuracy. There are some exceptions to this right set out in the Privacy Act.

If you make an access request, AGE Media will ask you to verify your identity and specify what information you require. AGE Media may charge a fee to cover the costs of meeting your request.

Membership information: AGE Media Members can access the membership information AGE Media holds about them at any time via sending an email to information@age.com.au.
